Dear Incoming Exchange & Freemover Students,
It's time to choose your modules for the upcoming Winter Semester 2026/27! This portal provides all the information you need to get started.
Choosing Your Modules:
- You can select a maximum of 6 modules
- Request module descriptions at:

- To avoid overlappings choose modules from the same programme
- Choose one module for each Block, one Band module or one elective module and/or one language course
- Once you've identified your choices, add them to your selection list
- Complete all your personal information and send the module list to your E-mail account
- Deadline for module selection: August 30th of 2026
Learning Agreement:
- Include the selected modules in your Learning Agreement
- Use the template of the Learning Agreement of your home-university, only if needed the SRH template
- Submit your completed Learning Agreement on or before August 30th of 2026 to

Registration & Schedule:
- After receiving your Learning Agreement, we'll register you for your chosen modules in Campusweb
- Your personal schedule will be available in Campusweb 1-2 weeks before classes start
- Cancellations: To cancel a module selection please inform us immediately by email with order number
ECTS Points & Course Structure:
- Most modules carry 6 ECTS and some may include 2-3 separate courses (the code of the modules will have a,b,c at the end)
